Portable Bathroom Tent
Practical ideas for an outdoor solar shower / "bathroom"?
I have 30 plus house guests labor day weekend at my country house. it is rural. with a good and septic.Some people will be camping in tents, some with campers, there is an "outhouse" for men to use. I need to make an outdoor shower. I have a laptop which I would put there and hook it up to a snake and shed snake up the tin roof for hot water. it is in sunshine. think you will be ok? My husband will make a fence around it large enough for a dressing area as well. Do you think I need an outdoor sink as well? I one, but need to bring that too. it can be connected up to a snake, or gravity fed with a bucket filled with water. I need some ideas. I'm worried that the small bathroom in the house and the septic tanks can not handle that amount of people. I would hate a backup or anything to spoil the good time.
The snake is not enough hot water. Get some more water ready ahead of time, perhaps in some dark pure trash barrels sit in the sun. Have a bucket with half lid with holes that they can dive into The barrels to get hot water and then hang on a hook in the closed area and pass on as needed, so the water falls out of the holes in a shower effect.
