Taylor Bathroom Scale Digital
Taylor scale has stopped working. Any idea how to fix it, or if they will honor warranty w / no receipt?
It is a digital bathroom scale. I changed the battery and it is still not working. It has not even come on. The lifetime warranty explicitly states that you have to mail the original receipt and packaging ... I have neither. Will they still honor the warranty, or am I better off just buying a new scale? Since I have already spent about $ 5 on a new battery, prefer I make this scale rather than buy a new one. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
these things are such junk. I have two, as does not work here. Even when they do work, they are inaccurate. The battery will also work in the car key fobs. They include the provisions on the guarantee because they know most people will lose the receipt or the packaging, before it breaks. Buy an old-fashioned spring scale, they last longer and are more accurate and requires no batteries. Or get a high-end battery scale.
